The “Klaus Brenner” brand is a kind of masterclass in AI-generated manipulation. By using AI to synthesize decades-old psychological theories, these creators have built a seamless loop of content: AI videos –> AI essays –> AI-written books. The goal? To sell “Dark Psychology” and mass influence tactics to a gullible audience.
The Rise of the “Quiet Wolf”
A new wave of AI-generated video content has begun to saturate social media platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. These videos typically feature a “Quiet Wolf” explaining psychological manipulation to a pig, often concluding with the wolf gifting the pig a book titled Influencing the Masses. What started as niche content has now migrated to LinkedIn, gaining significant traction through reposts and viral engagement.

Unmasking the Persona
A deeper investigation into “Klaus Brenner” reveals a sophisticated, fully automated AI ecosystem. The brand appears to be a textbook example of “AI Slop” designed solely to drive sales.
The entire ecosystem (the essays, the website [hosted on Vercel], and even the books themselves) appears to be synthesized from public domain materials dating back over 80 years. The goal is clear: to sell “Dark Psychology” guides focused on NLP and mass influence.
I did search a bit around and found the book on amazon and the back of the book shows:
Klaus Brenner writes about strategic communication and the psychology of crowds. His interest lies in the techniques by which consent is built, and in the sources where these methods have been described openly for more than a century: the propagandists’ own manuals, the platforms’ internal documents, and books available to anyone who want to look.
And the edition: Influenza Mentale Edizioni (so if we ever have doubt about the goal behind the book or the videos the name if the edition is self explanatory)

While searching deeper one can also find another image linked to the book with another name: Kleos Brannar.

Who is Kleos Brannar ? No idea.
The entire stuff have been build by AI including the books, the site, the essays … everything is fake and based on free of right material from 80+ years ago.

Identity and Regulation
This phenomenon raises two critical legal and ethical questions:
- Transparency: Under the new EU AI Act, there are increasing requirements for transparency regarding AI-generated content. Is this “fake persona” marketing a violation of emerging digital standards?
- Identity Theft/Confusion: The use of the name “Klaus Brenner” is particularly problematic. By using a real-world name, shared by various professionals in finance and energy sectors, the creators create a layer of “manufactured legitimacy” that can cause significant confusion.
There are indeed several Klaus Brenner that really exists:

The Meta-Manipulation
There is a profound irony at play here. The videos depict a wolf teaching a pig how to manipulate, while the audience, through mindless reposting and engagement, becomes the “pig,” following the very patterns of manipulation being taught. We have reached a climax in AI-driven “bullshit” marketing, where the line between human expertise and automated propaganda has effectively vanished.
Perhaps most unsettling is the sheer scale of this phenomenon. We are seeing millions of followers across Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, and that number is growing every day. What began as bot-driven engagement has evolved into a massive, human-driven propagation of synthetic content.
The irony is hard to stomach: the videos show a wolf teaching a pig how to manipulate, yet the viewers are playing the role of the pig by blindly reposting the content. I don’t know exactly how to feel about this shift in our digital reality and I don’t feel confortable about it.
